Oct 1st 2010: Reds from Spain & Portugal

VALUE, VALUE, AND MORE VALUE! That’s the theme for this Friday’s tasting. Each and every wine in this tasting I consider a real steal. From the $7 Douro to the usually very expensive Priorat these baby’s put out. The first half of the tasting features delicious, inexpensive everyday drinkers and the last half drink em now or lay em down for a few. Either way you just can’t go wrong. And that, in a nutshell, is my major job here. Scouring the market for great values for you at whatever price level. And I can guarantee you that no-one works harder at that! I’m committed (or should be).
