Friday, August 4th, 2017 4 pm – 7:30 pm @ Mt Tabor Fine Wines
100 Degrees? No Prob, We’ve Got the Best Cool Air in Town…….Annnd, the Best Wines to Chill By
Geez, someone must have moved up from Needles, Ca. and brought the inferno with them!
It had to happen, our first bottling under our own label. This is the first, in what is hopefully many more to come. Our first “Mt Tabor Serious Selection” is a blend of very special neutral barrels of a Pink Pinot that will please everyone! Delicious, light color, refreshing with excellent acidity…. the perfect rosé not always found in pinks made from Pinot Noir. The price for such quality? $17! We bottled 50 cases and we’ll be offering a sweet deal by the case. Stay tuned soon!
And now on to the “other” wines. I guess there has to be more than one??? You know what, these are amazing rozzeees. Come in and we’ll tell you all about them. Two beauties from the Loire……serious beauty. A Crémant from Burgundy that will delight with its effusive bubbles and zippy acidity and an Oregon poser trying to measure up to the Tabor Rosé. Just kidding…kinda, but with 21 cases produced, it’s an even smaller lot than the benchmark.
What are you doing from 4- 7:30 on Friday? Me, I be cool, no cold, cool/ cold. Light sweater?
